The Ballard Performing Arts Annual Fee goes to fund the majority of the operating expenses of the programs. These include sheet music, festival fees, transportation, instrument purchase, and repair, uniform purchase, maintenance, and cleaning.
Expenses such as coaches, clinicians and scholarships are funded through the many Ballard Performing Arts Booster Club events throughout the year.
