The Award Winning
Ballard High School Performing Arts presents
The Spotlight Dinner & Auction
November 18, 2017
NEW VENUE this year:
The Swedish Club, 1920 Dexter Ave N, Seattle, WA.
We are excited to introduce The Spotlight's new venue, The Swedish Club. It is a beautiful location with windows top to bottom along the west side that overlooks Lake Union. The rooms have high ceilings, wood floors and enough space for our growing event. On top of all that, free parking in each of their lots on either side of Dexter Ave North.
The BPA Spotlight Dinner & Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year for the Performing Arts Booster Club. Help us continue to support students and the directors in funding coaches, clinicians, sheet music, uniforms, and concert wear. Ballard Performing Arts prides it's self with the mission to ensure every student can participate fully in our programs. This goal is achieved through funds raised at this event for the BPA student scholarships.
Spend an evening with other BPA enthusiasts at an evening that includes silent and live auctions, dinner, dessert, music from small BPA ensemble groups, and time with friends, old and new.

The onsite caterer at the Swedish Club, Arista Catering has planned a fantastic menu. Dinner will be served Family Style, with serving dishes placed on each table. This means no buffet line and more time to visit at your table. The menu will include arugula salad, artisan rolls, wild rice pilaf and your choice of:
Chicken Champagne (chicken breast stuffed with wild rice and mushrooms topped with a champagne cream sauce)
Quinoa Stuffed Bell Pepper with chipotle pineapple sauce. The sauce is not spicy, just a hint smoky and the pineapple is just enough fruity sweetness to balance out the flavor profile. This option is vegan and thus works for vegetarians too.
Gluten free menu items: Quinoa Stuffed Bell Pepper, rice pilaf, arugula salad (without croutons)
